Equipped in 2018 with brand new state of the art hammer strength equipment, we were proudly able to earn the title "Hammer Strength Certified"!
Our 14,000 square foot facility also offers 24 hour tanning, a turf field, women's only area, private all tile beautiful showers, saunas, and a private cardio room fully stocked in 2021 with brand new Life Fitness equipment!!
Even though we have grown, our prices haven't! Unlike other gyms in the area, our membership rates have NEVER increased in our 13 years of operation. That's right, membership is the same $35 a month that it was when we opened our 900 sq ft gym in 2007!
