Equipped in 2018 with brand new state of the art hammer strength equipment, we were proudly able to earn the title "Hammer Strength Certified"!
Our 14,000 square foot facility also offers 24 hour tanning, a turf field, women's only area, private all tile beautiful showers, saunas, and a private cardio room fully stocked in 2021 with brand new Life Fitness equipment!!
Even though we have grown, our prices haven't! Unlike other gyms in the area, our membership rates have NEVER increased in our 15 years of operation to our members. That's right, once you sign up, your membership rate is grandfathered in and will not increase! That's just our way to thank you for your loyalty!
